Returns and Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on returns and exchanges.

Return or Exchanges

In order for your items to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please make sure that:

  • The items are eligible within 10 days of purchase
  • The items must have tags attached and in original condition
  • The items must be accompanied by a receipt

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments
  • Shoes
  • Jewelry
  • Secondhand items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should send the items at the following address after notifying us of your intent to return.

MIYO is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
